Raxen Privacy Policy

Last Updated: January 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy is formulated and interpreted by Quantum Ridge Enterprises LLC (the Data Controller), as the developer and operator of this Application.

The core purpose of this Policy is to fully and clearly inform you (the User of this Application) about: how we collect your personal information throughout the process of your downloading, installing, and using this Application; the specific purposes for which such information will be used; the technical and administrative measures we will adopt to safeguard information security; and the rights you hold as a data subject, as well as how to exercise such rights.

Additionally, this Policy will clarify the principle of voluntariness in your provision of personal information, the duration and geographic scope of information storage, and the notification rules applicable when information changes or this Policy is adjusted. This helps you fully understand your rights related to personal information and make informed choices.

Please read and understand the entire content of this Privacy Policy carefully before using this Application. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use this Application; your use of this Application signifies that you fully understand and accept all the terms of this Policy, and confirms that you are at least 18 years of age.

1. Definitions

 User: A natural person who is at least 18 years old, downloads, installs, and uses this App.

 Local Storage: Information stored exclusively on the User's mobile device (e.g., mobile phone storage) and not transmitted to the server of the App operator or any third-party system.

 Advertising Identifiers (Ad IDs): Unique strings generated by mobile operating systems (e.g., Google Advertising IDs for Android, Identifier for Advertisers for iOS) to identify devices for advertising purposes. Ad IDs are used to deliver personalized ads, measure ad performance, and avoid duplicate ads. Users can access device settings to reset, disable, or limit the use of Ad IDs at any time, which will stop us from collecting and using the Ad ID for personalized advertising without affecting core App functions.

 Device ID: Information used to uniquely identify a User's mobile device, including but not limited to International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), Android ID, etc.

2. How We Collect and Use Your Information

2.1 Scenarios and Types of Information Collection

This App collects information only in the following scenarios. Except as explicitly stated, all information is stored locally:

2.1.1 Information Voluntarily Provided by Users

 Account Information: When you set a custom avatar and nickname on the "My Page", the relevant content will be stored locally on the device (not mandatory to fill in).

 Chat Content: The text of your conversations with AI characters will be stored in the local chat history database on the device.

 Voice Dictation Information: When you use the voice dictation tool in the "My Page" section, you need to proactively grant microphone permissions to your device (this permission is only used for temporary voice recording). The App will temporarily record the voice and convert it into a text note; the voice file will be automatically deleted after conversion, and only the text content and associated timestamps will be retained. You can disable the microphone permission in your device's system settings at any time—disabling it will prevent you from using the voice dictation function, but will not affect the use of other core functions of the App.

 Camera Permission-Related Information:When you need to take new photos of your space to obtain storage scenario optimization suggestions provided by the AI character, you need to proactively grant camera permissions to your device. The App will only temporarily access the image information from the current shot when you actively trigger the shooting operation; this information is used for local analysis of the space layout to generate suggestions. The image information will not be stored or transmitted to the server. You can disable the camera permission in your device's system settings at any time—disabling it will prevent you from using the space optimization suggestion function via newly taken photos, but will not affect the use of other core functions of the App.

 Album Permission-Related Information: When you need to upload pre-saved space photos from your device to obtain storage scenario optimization suggestions provided by the AI character, you need to proactively grant album permissions to your device. The App will only temporarily access the image information of the photos you select when you actively choose them; this information is used for local analysis of the space layout to generate suggestions. The image information will not be stored or transmitted to the server. You can disable the album permission in your device's system settings at any time—disabling it will prevent you from using the space optimization suggestion function via uploaded existing photos, but will not affect the use of other core functions of the App.

2.1.2 Automatically Collected Information

 Usage Data:

Including but not limited to the remaining free chat counts for each AI character, timestamps of chat history, creation time of voice notes, function click frequency and other metadata, used to ensure the normal operation of functions and optimize product experience.

 Device-Related Information:

Device IDs: We collect the Device ID to identify the uniqueness of the device, ensure service consistency of the App across different devices, and prevent malicious usage behaviors (e.g., maliciously exploiting free chat counts).

 Advertising IDs:

If you have not disabled the Advertising IDs on your device, we may collect this information to push personalized advertising services related to storage and home organization that meet your needs. You can reset or disable advertising IDs through the "Settings - Privacy - Ads" path on your device. After disabling, we will no longer collect this information, and it will not affect the use of the App's core functions.

 External Storage-Related Information:

When you need to export storage solutions in chat history or voice dictation notes as documents (e.g., PDF, TXT formats), or upload locally stored space photos for storage analysis, you need to authorize the read/write permission for the device's external storage (e.g., SD card). The App only accesses specified files when you actively perform operations, to complete export or upload tasks, and will not arbitrarily read or modify other files in the external storage.

2.1.3 Age Verification Instructions

This App only provides services to users aged 18 and above. To fulfill the age verification obligation, we may verify the user's age through device real-name authentication information (with user authorization) or by requiring active submission of age proof. For users who fail age verification or are under 18 years old, we will restrict their access to all functions of the App and delete the collected relevant information.

2.2 Purposes of Information Use

We only use the collected information for the following purposes and will not use it for any unexplicitly informed scenarios:

 Providing Core Functions: Supporting conversational interaction with AI characters (generating responses based on the selected character characteristics and conversation content);

 Saving chat history for your review and management;

 Implementing voice-to-text conversion, storage and editing for voice dictation;

 Generating accurate storage planning suggestions using image information obtained through camera permission;

 Completing user-initiated operations such as solution export and photo upload through external storage permission.

 Ensuring Service Security: Identifying malicious devices and behaviors through Device ID, preventing risks such as fraudulent use and account theft, and ensuring the stability and security of App services.

 Providing Personalized Services: Pushing storage products and home organization-related advertisements that meet your needs through Ad IDs to improve advertising service quality.

 Optimizing Product Experience: Optimizing App interface layout, character response logic and function design based on local usage data (e.g., function click frequency, scenario usage preferences) (no core personal information is uploaded, and only local analysis or aggregated anonymous data is used).

3. How We Share Your Information

We value your trust immensely and adhere to a strict policy of not selling your personal information under any circumstances. We only share your information in the following limited scenarios, and all data sharing activities are conducted for specific, legitimate purposes with strict safeguards in place.This app strictly controls the scope of data sharing. We may share your information only in the following circumstances, and will take measures such as encryption and anonymization to ensure information security:

 Your Right to Correct Your Personal Data: You have the right to correct your personal data collected by us (e.g., custom avatars, nicknames in account information) at any time. You may directly modify the locally stored information via the editing function in "My Page", or contact our support team to assist with correcting the relevant content.

 With Your Explicit ConsentWe will only share your personal information with third parties when you provide clear and explicit consent. You maintain full control over these decisions—including the right to revoke consent through Raxen’s settings or by contacting our support team—at any time.

 Sharing with Advertising Service Providers: We may share collected Ad IDs with authorized third-party advertising service providers (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) solely for the purpose of delivering personalized advertisements related to home storage, organization products, and lifestyle solutions. We enter into data processing agreements (DPAs) with these providers, requiring them to: (a) use Ad IDs only for the specified advertising purposes; (b) not link Ad IDs to other personal information without user consent; (c) comply with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA); and (d) implement appropriate security measures to protect the information. We do not share any core personal information (e.g., chat content, voice notes, camera images) with advertising providers.

 Sharing with Service Providers for Operational Purposes: If we engage third-party service providers to support App operations (e.g., cloud hosting for non-personal data analytics, customer support tools), we may share limited non-core information (e.g., anonymized usage data, device model without Device ID) necessary for service delivery. These providers are prohibited from using the shared information for any other purposes and must maintain strict confidentiality.

 Sharing in Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or other business transfer involving our company, we may transfer collected information (including personal information) to the acquiring or transferee entity. We will notify users of such a transfer via in-App notice or email (if provided) and ensure the transferee complies with this Privacy Policy.

 Statutory Disclosure Obligation: When facing legal or regulatory requirements, valid legal processes (e.g., subpoenas, court orders), or requests from government authorities, or to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the App operator, users, or the public (e.g., preventing fraud, addressing safety risks), we may disclose necessary information. We will only disclose the minimum amount of information required to fulfill the obligation and will notify users of such disclosure if permitted by law.

 Sharing with User Consent: We may share personal information with third parties if we obtain explicit prior consent from users, specifying the recipient, purpose, and scope of the sharing.

Except for the above circumstances, we will not share, transfer or sell your personal information to any third party, and will not transmit core personal information (e.g., chat content, voice notes, camera-captured images) to the server of the App operator.

4. Multi-Layer Data Security: Protecting Your Information

We take the following measures to ensure the security of your information and prevent information leakage, loss or abuse:

 Storage Security: Core personal information (chat content, voice notes, account information) is stored in an encrypted format in the local database (SQLite) of the device, with no risk of cloud synchronization; information such as Device ID and Ad ID is only temporarily stored when necessary and anonymized in a timely manner after use.

 Permission Control: Sensitive permissions such as camera, microphone and external storage require active authorization from users. The App will not arbitrarily obtain or abuse permissions; users can revoke permissions at any time through device settings or in-App functions.

 Access Control: Information such as chat history, voice notes and exported files in the App can only be accessed by the current user of the device through the App interface, with no other access paths.

 Data Deletion Mechanism: You can manually delete specified data through in-App functions (the "Delete" button on the chat history page, the "Edit-Delete" option for voice notes); when the App is uninstalled, all core personal information stored locally on the device will be automatically cleared; if you disable or reset the Ad ID or Device ID, we will no longer associate the original device identification information.

 Security Technology Guarantee: Adopting technical measures such as data encryption and security verification to prevent risks such as App tampering and illegal information acquisition.

5. Your Data Control Rights

You have full control over your personal information and can exercise relevant rights through the following methods:

 Information Access Right: View all conversation content on the "Chat History" page and all text notes in the "My Page - Voice Dictation" module; view the list of permissions obtained by the App and related information collection status through device settings.

 Permission Revocation Right: Revoke permissions such as camera, microphone and external storage through the "Settings - Apps - Raxen - Permissions" path on the device. After revocation, the App will not be able to provide functions that rely on such permissions, but it will not affect the use of other core functions; disable Ad ID through the "Settings - Privacy - Ads" path on the device. After disabling, we will no longer collect and use this information.

 Right to Reject Personalized Advertising: You can disable Ad ID or select "Reject Personalized Advertising" in "My Page - Settings - Advertising Preferences" in the App. After disabling, we will only push non-personalized general advertisements.

 Right to Know if Your Data Is Sold: We commit to not selling any of your personal data, so there is no scenario where your personal data is sold. If our business model changes in the future to involve data sales, we will clearly notify you in advance via in-app notifications, emails, etc., and obtain your separate consent.

 Right to Opt Out of Data Sales:As mentioned above, we do not sell your personal data, so you do not need to exercise this opt-out right. If there is a data sales scenario in the future, we will specify the opt-out methods (including but not limited to in-app settings entry, contacting the support team, etc.) in this Privacy Policy to ensure you can opt out conveniently.

 Data Retention Practices:

      Locally stored information (e.g., chat content, avatars/nicknames, voice dictation notes):Will remain stored locally on your device until you actively delete it via the operations related to the "Right to Delete Information," or until you uninstall this Application (locally stored information will be cleared after uninstallation).

      Automatically collected non-core information (e.g., usage data, device IDs): Will only be retained while you are using this Application. After you uninstall the Application, we will no longer collect or retain such information.

      Ad ID information: Will only be retained while you have not disabled the Ad ID. After you disable it, we will immediately stop collecting and delete the Ad ID information we have obtained.
